What kinda booze can I put in Lebanese Tea?

Looking for a way to punch up my Albasha's Lebanese Tea I get by the gallon. Any suggestions?

Maybe gin will work, but the best bet is probably a spiced or dark rum

Start with 4-6 oz of chilled Lebanese tea in a shaker with ice. Add 1 1/2 oz Gin (Tangueray 10 or Beefeater 24),1/2 oz St. Germain & 2 drops of Rosewater. Shake to mix then taste. If it needs more sweet, add another 1/4 oz St. Germain. Alternatively you can expirament with the addition of 2 drops of grapefruit bitters.

Or just dump some rum in a glass with tea and ice & be done with it!
