I usually mix the wine and beer whenever I have a burger. Typically a fresh merlot and a mature dunkelweizen.

I usually pour the wine in the glass first, if you pour the beer in first Ive noticed that it foams as you add the wine.

and waiting for my burger to microwave is just the right amount of time for the two to blend.

Casillero el diablo. A south american merlot with a stupid amount of tannins.
