I agree. I've eaten there, but I've only had the pizza. It was good. Not mind blowing, but good.
Any business can have an off day, and it just seems childish for that guy not to chalk it up to it maybe being an off day for the lasagna. And considering Tom put it on his list of "essential" dishes 2 years ago, would show that at some point, he thought the lasagna was good.
Tom does write bad reviews sometimes even for his advertisers. So I do trust him in that sense.
