What can I do with under seasoned crawfish tails?

I bought some boiled crawfish over the weekend and they were not as spicy as they should have been. Needed more salt too. I even tried seasoning on the outside like some places but that didn't work very well.
I peeled the rest today and have about 3/4 pound of tail meat. What can I do to spice them up in another dish?

Cook the other dish, season it, add the tails and eat.

Crawfish beignets
Add a little liquid crab boil to them first

Make a pasta, etouffee, a dip

Crawfish cornbread with jalapenos and habanero cheese.

Etouffee appears to be the obvious answer. You've already done the hard work.

Make a remoulade then mix in the tail meat. Either eat it over greens or on a poboy.

Packaged pounds of crawfish are not seasoned. Do the same thing you'd do with a package of tails. You've gotten some good suggestions.
I'll add:
Crawfish and corn soup
French version of crawfish bisque
Fried crawfish tails in a salad with remoulade or the dressing of your choice
Crawfish stuffed bell pepper
crawfish in a pasta dish

Thanks for all the suggestions.
I decided to make crawfish quesadillas.
I put the crawfish tails in a ziploc bag and added a bit of crab boil and let them marinate for a few hours.
Started with sun dried tomato flour tortillas, added shredded cheddar and mozzarella, the crawfish tails, diced jalapenos, and a bit of red pepper flakes.
Baked for about 8-10 minutes.
Mrs 81 loved them, which surprised me because she usually doesn't like my spiced up homemade dishes.
