Are you cooking? Dining out? Are you eating turkey with the family or doing a 5 course meal? How does your stomach celebrate christmas?

We usually just have gumbo. We don't go all out like Thanksgiving.

In laws this year. So probably a well done steak I didn't ask for, so I'll over compensate on bourbon.

Pancakes at IHOP with my family in the morning.

A light meal at my inlaws in the afternoon. After all the cooking for Thanksgiving they usually keep it very light on Christmas.

Pork rinds crumbled over a thin layer of spam sitting on top of cream of mushroom soup and macaroni and cheese. Don't forget to toss some french onions in to layer the the bottom of the pan. Baked for 16 hours at 150 degrees Fahrenheit, or until you can't bare to wait.

My wife's aunt is making her incredible chicken pot pie. I've been salivating over it for a week now.

We usually do beef tenderloin.

Then on to the camp through NYE with fried backstrap, oysters, grilled ducks, buffalo squirrel legs, etc. Gonna need the stretchy pants when this is all over with.

We usually have brunch at the house. For dinner we'll do Hibachi from Nagoya.

My FIL does a smoked prime rib every year. It's always delicious and makes great leftovers.
