Shrimp salads and raw oysters. Navy Coves...best batch I’ve had. They are fantastic.

My wife and I peeled a bushel of crabs. My son (15) is smoking a pork butt. We'll pack away the crab meat for later, butt wont be done till about 8:30 (it's at 185) so we will save it for supper tmrw night.

With that said, probably a ham sandwhich.

I was inspired by MD's sausage and cabbage. Also made roasted butternut squash and spicy tomato rice. Not sure why, but I figured MD might appreciate me serving it up on plates I got from my grandmother.

Leftover Tuscan bean soup, except I punched it up with a little leftover grilled smoked sausage and homemade garlic croutons and a drizzle of olive oil. Much better tonight.

I usually figure my uglier meals are candidates for the lunch thread.
