Thank you, it turned out pretty damn good. My husband will have it with rice and gravy and fresh purple hull peas.

Cooked red beans today, but haven't made the rice yet. Hungry right now, and don't feel like waiting on rice. .may just pour the beans over leftover jambalaya.

Wings, celery and carrots, homemade bleu cheese and ranch, drive thru daquiris. Anniversary night with my fiancée and we kept it simple with one of our favorite meals. I'm a lucky man
