I have never made that, but I am going to soon. It seems really balanced and give me eggs and you have won me over.

David Lebovitz is one of the best.

It's a great recipe...I make by batches of the sauce and freeze in 1 and 2 portion containers. Then it's a matter of minutes to defrost it in a skillet, add eggs and feta, and dinner is ready n under 15 minutes.

I have made a few of his dishes and they are all great. This one seems like I would like it better than any other I have tried.

Salty and creamy from the feta
Spice from the peppers and other spices
Acidity from the tomatoes and vinegar
Sweetness from the honey and onions
A little bite from the garlic
Throw on a runny egg yolk....

Grilled crusty bread.. Yep, this dish has it all.

Got some beef ribs that have been in the sous vide bath for 48 hrs. Gonna throw them on the pit in a little bit with fresh green beans.
