Grilled boudin, assorted sausages, and crab stuffed mushrooms...typical redneck high school baseball tailgating fare.

Beef stew. Got it with hand made noodles this time. Thus dish is very high in my rotation currently.

The menu just says a hearty beef broth haha. I will ask next time. They always make me acknowledge that it is spicy when I order it. I could definitely see how it could be a problem if a customer was thinking the flavor was going to resemble an American style beef stew.
