Pop, did you see all of Geauxt's televisions?

I thought of you and Josey as soon as I walked in.

He did take me on the grand tour and showed me every single strategically placed TV in that crib.

Catfish on the Chunky River with my sweetie

Did you guys know that the Famous Chunky River Raft Race is tomorrow?

I figured you didn't

Anyhow, if you work really hard you should be able to turn four polypropylene chemical barrels and 8 rolls of duck tape into a fairly serviceable river craft by morning.

Important! you need to send someone right now to WalMart to pick up a pirate flag.

If you are a landlubber and don't manage to get a craft into the water by daybreak, I will be the old guy with the peg leg and hook hand wearing a Navy Surplus Admiral's hat, leading the brave men and women of the flotilla down the Chunky at the helm of the good ship TaterTot.

So much for a Cap'tin to remember:

Left - Port

Righty - Tighty

Rum rations only after end of first watch.

If the scurvy don't get you, the maggots in yer biscuits will.

AAAAAaaaaaaarrrrrrr Matey!

Yep. Big Daddy's was just down the road on the left back in my day.

Maw Shumate's Whore House was a few miles further an' a turn back to the north.

I never had the pleasure of meeting Madam Shumate or her whores, but I do recall your sharing stories of nights you spent at her house and what pleasure she offered during your formative years. Fond memories can carry a man a long way. That's for sure Laddy.

As I recall, Big Daddy was a colorful native who ran an ale pub of that name on the 80. As with the good Madam Sumate, I never had the pleasure of meeting Big Daddy or sampling his brew

Big Daddy's was awesome. naw Shumate's was usually a mistake, but still an educational experience.
