El Azteca fajitas with 20 month old grandson.He was highly entertained by their every Thursday authentic Mexican trio's rendition of Ole McDonald's Farm,Pretty Woman, Browm Eyed Girl,and 50's classics.

His eyes were big as silver dollars glued to em makin all the barn animal sounds a foot away from him. Kodak moment for sure.

I love those fried onions. There's another brand that comes in a bag and is usually in the salad section of the grocery. It's a garlic flavor. I love those. I put them on salads once in a while.

I've seen some recipes using seasoned mayo atop fish and chicken, as well, I believe. Pretty much the same thing as using Ranch I would imagine. Haven't tasted any of them, though.

Didn't care for it. Reminded me of the old broccoli rice velveeta casserole that I never liked much. I love the rice dressing, though. Its well seasoned and the rice isn't mushy, which surprises me. The chicken juices compliment it. Their sausage stuffing is dynamite. Love that stuff. Next time I'm there, I'm going to look into buying some. I've never seen it out, but surely they would sell some by the pound.
