I got the Mariscada at Mayas. Great dish, tons of seafood in a spicy curry.

I knew you didn't serve Jiffy. Did you tie the better half up in the closet to be able to heat that grease?

I'd wrestle your whole family for five pieces of that deer meat, friend.

Ate ruths tonight the one by rpm italian in river north. Excellent steak. The 6pz filet rare was perfect. Sizzle in my jizzle. The salad wasn't very good. Got mashed pots and creamed spinach for sides and choc thing for dessert.
Bout 125 with tax tip

Best steak in Chicago and I was telling my waiter all about the first ruths and how it's now a health clinic and that when I'm back home I go to the flagship on Metairie which had much better bread than chicago

The petite filet
Rare
Considered doing blue but I've never done that and wasn't sure I'd like it

The waiter acted interested but I doubt he cared
Looked like a heroin waiter

I was screwing with you of course. I'm old...but a 6oz steak just ain't gonna cut it (and I only ate 2/3's of a nice strip tonight...once unheard of for me).

Sure I'd like to have a bigger steak

But CAD runs in my family so I really have tried to reduce the amount of red meat I eat. Petite is big enough for me to get the taste. Small enough that I don't feel too guilty

You're basically my hero. And such restraint only ordering the petite! Truly a role model.

I met my old roommate when she was my waitress at Ruths. We bought the "good wine" per her suggestion and made her meet us out at Bulldog after she got off.

You could have had a roommate in front of you and lost the opportunity. Or at least someone to party with.

Umm not to sound snobby but I am not the type in need of a roommate

And certainly not one who is a waiter, not that there's anything wrong with that

That makes me sad. I was planning on making a move to Chi-town. Since we're e-bff4life now, I figured maybe we could be roomies.

ETA If it helps my case, I'm not a waiter
