Recipie isnt precise.....My wifes' folks have a place on Sanibel Island.... And we enjoy a little restaurant there: The Bubble Room. Its a dish on their menu, that we tried to duplicate after having it a couple times. It may not be a match, but its really darn good. My wife does not make her own yellow rice tho, she cheats with Zats Yellow Rice. We all like it, so thats cool with us.

Grilled Jumbo Shrimp (dusted with Lawrys Lemon Pepper)
Grilled: Purple Onion, Red Bell Pepper, Green Bell Pepper, Corn
Yellow Rice
Tequila Cream Sauce: 1/2 Stick Butter, 2T Garlic, 1 Pint Heavy Cream, 2 Shots Tequila, 1/4 bottle of Crystal Hot Sauce

We top the rice with the sauce... Add grilled shrimp & veggies. Pretty simple meal. Not healthy, but very tasty.

Thanks. I use the yellow rice mixes sometimes and add a little saffron and other things.
