Leftovers from the Fathers day feast yesterday.

A cheeseburger, a hot dog, baked beans, stuffed jalapenos, deviled eggs and a hunk of chocolate cake for dessert.

Fresh spotted cat couvillion caught yesterday in the Atchafalaya river. Using tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, onion tops and parsley picked from the garden. Corn macheux also from the garden. I love the summer time to cook fresh fish and veggies that are home grown

Leftovers too. Boiled shrimp and grilled corn. Shrimp are so much better the next day. Next time I'm boiling them the day before.

I ate a 3 inch filet yesterday with grilled asparagus for Father's day.

I haven't had anything to eat all day.

Just had a Fat Tire, and I'm gonna keep drinkin' about it.

The day after a really good steak is always disappointing, no matter what you end up having.

Chicken I threw together with veggies over egg noodles.
The boy ate 2 plates, so I guess it's ok.

Evening all.

Making stuffed bell peppers with ground turkey, diced mushrooms, carrots, garlic, onions and a few squirts from a tube of sundried tomato paste. Pine nuts. Cheese of some kind. No rice.

I might be too lazy to do the green beans & pancetta that I'd planned to go with. I have leftover asparagus from last night.

Is this some kind of joke?

Because it's funny if it is.
