Boiled 150 lbs yesterday. Felt like a blimp today.

Had a turkey/wheat dry pita for lunch.... Steamed veggies and a grilled shrimp/pico taco for dinner

Pan seared 6 mallard breast till medium rare and sauteed an onion and a bell pepper. Sliced the duck thin and eating in a wrap with spinach, feta, guac, and pico.
