Burgers!

I had some left over deer sausage so i squeezed the meat out the casing and threw it in a bowl. I sauted some red onions, andouille sausage, garlic and mushrooms. Let that cool then added it to my meat with an egg. Added black pepper, oregano and some grated parmesan. Grilled the outside then threw them in the oven until medium. Had a spinach salad on the side. Pretty tasty

Grilled bbq pork chops, mac & cheese, green beans, garlic bread.

But those deer burgers sounded better!

I did some chicken and sausage gumbo. I know it's a little hot for it, but I had a hankerin' for it!

I did soup as well. Roasted bell pepper and corn bisque with a middle eastern twist to it. Took me about 5 minutes to make because I'm awesome. Completely off the top of my head and better than anything I've eaten in a restaurant in months.

Man I'm awesome.

Also did Salmon again tonight. Baked with a pistachio/panko crust with a wasabi mayo/honey/ginger/cayenne adhesive

Once again greatness. I don't think I'm ever going to go out to eat again on account of all of the awesome shite I've cooked this week.

Yep."Deer camp" trailer selling tacos, tamales and menudo(weekend only) a little north of Bradford Lumber. I've launched a solo campaign to keep them open.

Weekends only huh, sounds like tacos and tamales on Saturday then.
I tried that place further S on 165, close to Breard turnoff.. Tamales were cold, tiny, dried out and $11 a dozen..Awful.
