Damn brunch menus everywhere. I want something like beef tartare, snails, mussels...and I see that on lunch menus, but not on brunch ones. Any ideas?

Meauxbar?

I can't get Degas' brunch menu up.

Was going to suggest La Crepe Nanou, but their brunch menu only hits on probably half of what you'd want (no escargot or tartare).

Mussels are on there along with a ton of croque and crepe options...

That smoked salmon crepe sounds damn good. I hadn't really thrown them into the mix, but we enjoyed it the one time we ate there.

Lilette is closed on Sundays, that was our first choice. Will check out Bachanal.

For some other time in the future, Cote Sud fits part of your desire, but it doesn't open until 6 pm on Sundays.

I haven't eaten there, but it's on my "to do" list which is why it came to mind. The oysters sound terrific.
