I know these guys are pretty good businessmen but this seems like a complete over extension. They've done a good job not over-extending themselves thus far but this is a risky move IMO....unless they're franchises then thats a different story.

It's not actually the two owners doing it, it's Brandon Hargraves from Lafayette who bought the franchising rights.

10 locations in one city....at once? LOL.

"Yo, Brad, where you at my man?"

"I'm at Walk-On's. Where you at bro?"

"Dude, I'm totally at Walk-On's, too!"

"I don't see you! WTF bro?"

"Ohhhh...are you at Walk-On's on Murphy Street?"

"Yeah...I totally am! But there's three Walk-Ons on Murphy Street!"

"frick not again, bro! Dude I gotta go, they just opened a newer, better Walk-On's over on the South Side...Brittney works there! Later!"

Glad you noticed. They hadn't opened when I went to LSU...I lived in the first house behind the Chimes for a few years, its now parking lot, and I married a Chimes waitress. When I make it back to town I don't go to Walk-ons.

Honestly, Houston is big enough population and geography wise that it's probably not going to be over saturation.

Further, it probably is a good thing business wise because they can gain efficiencies of scale in purchasing and distributing, create a city wide buzz, and score some cheap leases while oil is in the shitter.
