You know, I love a good casserole, but most aren't exactly aesthetically pleasing looking dishes. In addition to sounding like it tastes good, Holygrale's is an exception.

that baw is on a whole different level for every challenge.
Most of us can cook and enjoy being in the kitchen, HG knows how to think outside the box especially with pairing ingredients.
His (and Meridian Dog) casserole entries have many, many hours invested in prep work and cooking time. Missing the timed bake by +/- 5 minutes and their dish could be ruined.

FYI - I overcooked the crawfish MnC by 5-8 min. browning the Panko and it came out to dry yet still edible

Same. There were a couple I didn’t think were casseroles and why I left them out. But they looked absolutely delicious.

I hate that I forgot about this one. I kind of wanted to make the old fashioned chicken supreme.

Now I want to make the cornbread, the pot pie, and the crawfish one.

I also didn’t go through the pics of the cooking processes. Just looked at them like a menu and what I’d order.

I totally didn't realize how broad a casserole was. I haven't had one in decades. I just wanted to try a simple Americana mix stuff together in a dish and serve. But no way to Make it really pretty. My picky arse teen daughters eating it was all the affirmation it needed though.

Holy gale you need to make a detailed recipe of that dish. I think many of us want to try it.
