I didn't forget how to cook fish when I moved across the river. You enjoy your tilapia, I'll enjoy the redfish in my freezer.

Throw the fish into the garbage can when you get home from the store would be my recommendation. That is the only fish that is below a catfish in the trash fish spectrum based upon its diet.

I do. I even try to bottle up the really stinky ones. That way when someone gives me some tilapia, I can pour a little fermented fart juice on them to make the tilapia taste better.

I think that formaldehyde is one of the flavor enhancing ingredients in store bought tilapia.

Make a marinade:
2 cups of Boone's Farm Strawberry Hill
1/2 cup Ketchup - any brand will do
3 packs of Taco Bell Flaming hot sauce
1 pack McDonald's Sweet Hickory McNugget dipping sauce
1 Tablespoon Liquid Smoke
Salt and pepper to taste
Marinate Tilapia fillets for an hour or two while you fire up the Big Green Egg
Cook on a cedar plank.
Serve atop some tasty Psilocybe semilanceata mushroom dusted risotto.
Find recliner and plan nothing for the next few hours.
