Some gross sushi joint in Norfolk (or Va Beach). Sushi King.

I wanted sushi before flying out of there and it was just after the 2:30pm time that real places close for early afternoon.

Red Snapper is "Tai" in Japanese, so they were close.

I thought White Tuna was just something sushi joints made to sell "white fish".

To say Talapia is Red Snapper is just bizarre to me...though a bit research shows it's often substituted without people being notified.

Might be. But the escolar is the furthest thing from white tuna which is presumably albacore.

The Escolar (aka Oil Fish)

at least they had the courtesy to notify the customer that they're being ripped off. Most sushi places these days dont.
