Looks pretty lame to me. How is an oven going to judge the cooking characteristics of various foods only by weight? And who in the hell needs a camera inside a countertop oven? Electronics in proximity to the heat, grease, and moisture of cooking are notoriously prone to failure.

I got a back of house tour of Borgne from my buddy Brian Landry, and was quite impressed with one of their larger (ovens) in which you can program the temperature, type of heat, humidity, etc. with the opportunity to vary throughout the entire cooking process. You simply put whatever into the oven, call up the recipe's pic on the touch screen, and press "play". A perfect cook every time.

A Combi Oven....nice for ~$20K.
