Anyone know anything about this place opening in Houston ? Kermit Ruffins supposedly got his hands involved in this club.

not sure. i've been to King's Biergarten in the Friendswood/Pearland area and it is an awesomely fun place. a true german biergarten experience with live music and all

Was supposed to open in Midtown according to this Dec. 2013 article?? They even pinned the address down as 3700 Almeda Road.
As a side note, I never realized Almeda ran into Midtown. Then again, I'm not really sure where Midtown ends and Downtown begins.
