Jones- yep they are putting in an apartment complex that is supposed to have about 300 units. the structure up right now is just the ~5 story 760 spot parking garage. IIRC its designed something like what they put next to the taco bell on burbank. that complex alone is going to add another 500 cars to the area on a daily basis.

I used to live in that area and if I was going anywhere during the semester between 8-10am, 12-2pm, or 4-6pm i was walking.

that garage should have never been permitted to be build. unless they plan to widen highland, east boyd, burbank, and parker that area is screwed.
