The Cuban Connection Food Truck

Has anyone been to this food truck yet that serves Cuban sandwiches?

I've had it a couple times. Pretty good. They have something called Cuban gumbo or something like that and it is amazing. Decent Cuban sandwiches too.

Yes, I'd definitely recommend it. Excellent hot-pressed sandwiches and the plaintain chips are a unique side item.

Went to this truck tonight at the Food Truck Wround up, had the Cuban Connection sandwich it was excellent! Wife had the Andy Garcia, which is the classic Cuban sandwich and loved it as well. Highly recommend! They have a facebook page to follow.

I've seen it driving ... both times on Acadian. But I've never seen it set up.

They store the truck on acadian and perkins next to the muff shack.

Very good food. I've had three different sandwiches and they were all great.

The menu says the Cuban gumbo has black beans, chorizo spanish sausage, pulled pork, sweet ham, etc. It was great stuff.
