The Billfish Bar? - Southgate Towers building

Anyone know what this place is going up next door to the new Marty J's in front of Southgate Towers condos? Had a big blue sign up that said the billfish/bluefish bar

Don't get used to it. They'll have different ownership in 4 months. That spot is cursed.

No clue about this place. The only thing that pops up when Googled is this thread.
I thought that's where the Izzo owner's pizza place was going, guess not.
Just drove by it. Looks like it's called Bullfish not Billfish.

I've been thinking that there should be a daiquiri shop. No clue what this place will be.
