At least we know every town on the west bank and northshore won't be getting a top 10.

Old Jefferson to me is everything east of Clearview (restuarants on Clearview are Elmwood/Harahan), south of Airline, north of the river, and west of the Orleans Parish line. Rivershack is in that area. Blue Tomato may make the list. One never knows.

Worry not, my devotee, I have been planning with Northshore and Westbank dwellers to help with their respective the 10 best lists.

If I'm in Harahan, I'd rather eat at The Ridge Bistro than New Orleans Hamburger & Seafood Co.

I am extremely surprised the one in Laffy is still open. IMO, with all the good seafood restaurants in Laffy, this place is the suckville.

just a quaint little cafe. sandwiches, wraps, typical south La. entrees. all pretty cheap. both the red fish dishes - the courtboullion and the pecan crusted - are both really good and only $10.

the only thing I'll get there (when I'm forced to go with my uncle, btw) is the Copeland Burger. it's actually pretty damn good. that croissant they put the burger between is the balls.

These are the guys that used to cook at the Cellars of River Ridge, which at times could be pretty good.
