Great food, and I eat there a few times a month, but if you think that place is nice you must live in a run-down trailer

I think you can get better individual dishes at Rama (that green curry chicken 
) but the Pepper is the best lunch buffet in BR

Ok, maybe 'nice' was the wrong word. But I certainly wouldn't called it a shithole. I've eaten in many worse places.

They have fried fish that is supposed to be excellent, I didn't try it.

It really is great, much better than Thai Kitchen. But good lord, it gives me the worst shits after and it burns! I love spicy food and it does not usually send me rushing to the bathroom thinking I am going to die. Thai Pepper does it every time. I figure it must be some type of specific pepper they are using.

Bumpity.
Revisited the place today for the first time in *years*, but this is also after I've gained an appreciation for Thai food after living in Atlanta, where there is a Thai restaurant on every damn corner.
Food on the buffet line was tasty and quite varied. Only down side was that they were 100% slammed.

No lie, I am sitting on the toilet right now experiencing this and I came across your post. I ate the lunch buffet for the first time today and loved it, but I'm feeling it now. My stomach is usually pretty stout. I guess it is because I never eat Thai.
I'll definitely be back.
