Used to be legit a loooong time ago. Then it became mediocre, like a lot of the old school New Orleans restaurants. I had dinner there a couple of years ago, and it just wasn't very good.
They did a complete remodel last year, and have a new chef. I went to a Christmas party there, and it was really pretty, and the food was good. I can't report on what a full meal is like these days.

Place really turned to shite, but I've heard great things about the reno and updated menu.
It can be one of the best looking restaurants in town.
