T-Jim's in Cottonport? They are my favorite, as well. Only question is, why are their boudin links so pathetic-looking? Do they not have someone who knows how to properly inject the boudin into the casing?

No they don't. Jaq is about as smart as a fricking ant, and Brady flunked out of BRCC twice. They don't have consistency on the injection of the boudin, but damn they have consistency on the flavor. Great boudin and GOAT blood boudin.

Agreed. Best hogshead cheese I've ever had, as well.
