Store bought boiled crawfish spices

If you have ever bought already boiled crawfish or just the house seasoning from a local seafood mart (In New Orleans, only place I've bought them and I don't know if it's the same elsewhere) you know that it tastes completely different than LA seasoning, Zatarain's, etc.
It has less heat and more of a salty distinct taste that is hard to describe, maybe earthy?
Does anyone know what spices go into those mixes? Or possibly possibly have a recipe

Where did you get them in New Orleans?

Celery salt, granulated garlic, and ground mustard can typically be found be in those seafood shop bags.

I think Rouses uses their own blend but I'm not 100% sure. I do get boiled shrimp and crabs from them every once in a while.

A lot of store brand seafood seasoning is the same. Targil has a "house" that they package for each store but it's all the same just a different label.

Targil puts out some good stuff.
