One Fifth is currently the best steakhouse in Houston. By a decent margin. Try it before June tho, in July it changes.
Steak 48 is a place to be seen, food is mediocre. Ive eaten there half a dozen times over the past 6 months for work at clients request....not impressed.
The V&A's by the baseball park is very good, as is B&B Butchers. If you do B&B, have them Pittsburgh your steak tho - they are underwhelming otherwise.

Mainly go to Pappas but have been to Steak 48 once. Both are good.

Thanks everyone! I cancelled Steak 48 and went with Vic & Anthony's. Will definitely try Pappa's and STQ in the near future.
