I picked up a tin of these the other day and ate them for a snack this afternoon. I gotta say they were better than their Louisiana hot sauce ones due to the thicker sauce.

If you like Sardines I highly recommend them.

I need to seek these out. Love me some canned fish and avocados for lunch.

Now this is a man that doesn't know how to live.

Have a turkey sandwich junior.

I just finished a canned smoked trout with saltines. My Deviled Ham will be done shortly.

Costco has a King Arthur brand of sardines in olive oil that is great. I was in there a few months ago and they were giving out free samples of these. I told the lady how good they were and she said I was the only person that had even sampled them. She said the smell was making her nauseous. Apparently a lot of people have a distinct aversion to sardines.

King Oscar and yes they are very good. I've been eating them for 50 plus years. Two layer in oil.

Cook some pasta and make a little sauce with the sardines, garlic and a bit of the sardine oil. Not a valentine day dinner but good for when the wife is out.

World's Healthiest Food?

I haven't had them since I was about 5 and not surprisingly, hated them.

I need to reboot and give them a go.
