12 minute wait for 1 vehicle ahead of me in drive thru to move to window, then I wait 3 minutes to get greeted, which she tells me 3 times to hold on for another second, when I place order, she doesnt repeat it back correctly twice, then I see the guy in front of me (that took 12 minutes 'to order') handing back items of food to her and she leaves window for 4 minutes to only come back to ask a question to guy. I said, this better be the best shake and blast I ever had. But after she brought his 'repaired' items, he handed her back something else and she left window again, I bailed! That is absolutely crazy, funny thing that I never saw one carhoppwr walk out to a car my entire wait

Better yet, he didn't call Sonic's consumer hotline, he didn't wait to voice his concerns, and he bailed without paying his bill.

Its a shame a place like Sonic doesnt have say 30 parking bays where theyll bring food to you as its ready instead of waiting behind others in a line
