Smokehouse Grill - Bucktown?

Went to Station 6 last night and saw a sign up for a new venture "coming soon" on the corner of Old Hammond Hwy and Lake Ave in Bucktown. Anyone know who is in on this? Sign says - Smokehouse Grill more than just BBQ.

Well I'm excited something is finally going to open there. That place has been vacant way too long and the place that was there before when open was a pile of steaming cow shite.

That building has been several restaurants in the past 5-6 yrs. Seems like one of those revolving door locations.

I had heard/read that the owner of the building didn't want to do shite to fix up problems with sewer and other stuff and wanted stupid high rent
