Smoked a Pork Butt (pics)

Started this bad boy at 730 this morning and pulled it off at 6 and made some pulled pork sandwiches.

Oh that's actually a really good idea. Would make some great tacos with peaches or something sweet.

Smoked it on a Weber Smokey Mountain between 250 and 280 with Apple wood.

2 cups apple cider vinegar
2 cups white vinegar
Good pinch salt and pepper
Crystal hot sauce
Good pinch red pepper
The Snappy Tom (or can of V8 or Tomato juice or even a squirt of ketchup)
Little brown sugar
Little honey or cane syrup

Shake well and pour a bit over pork after pulled to your liking.
