Simple Joes Cafe in BR - best breakfast in BR

i have waitr'd it the last two weekends. I get a two eggs (over easy), bacon, pancake, and grits - 7.50
Even for delivery, the dude is putting out the best, well cooked breakfast in BR IMO.
Everything is just cooked perfectly which is surprising for delivery. Even the pancake. Grits are delicious.. just plain ole grits with nothing added in them.
I cant wait to actually go dine in

I'm gonna have to disagree with you here. Maybe they've improved, but last few times I've been, it was kinda weak.
Pancakes had a weird taste and the bacon did too. It's not hard to mess up breakfast.

i have only had it twice which were these past two weekends. I was expecting it to be bad due to ordering this delivery.
I thought it was fantastic.
Just wanted to give them some love since I have never seen a thread on them

I'm a fan and I agree they really do make a great bowl of grits. I usually get a big bowl with some cheddar cheese and an over easy egg on top. Always quick with very friendly owners and staff. I've never had a bad experience there or left feeling I had a bad meal. When I feel like spending a little more money in the morning I'll get the smoked salmon sandwich on an onion bagel.
Tiger Deauxnuts still has my favorite breakfast sandwich in BR though. Bacon, runny egg and cheese with maple syrup on an unglazed donut...so good.

Zeeland Market I prefer over Simple Joe. Joe is just too simple. If I have to watch my eggs being cooked I prefer sitting at the counter not standing at the cash register. Waffle House on College is better.

I prefer Frank's biscuit grilled on the flat top, with Steens.
