A bazillion years ago, my boss at the time had some of us to dinner. The meal was crawfish etouffee. It was pretty good. After we ate, the wife told us it was all from a can except the crawfish. I was shocked. We were also intoxicated. I can't recall the brand.

Can you imagine carrying everything that means a damn in a few cubic feet of space, and having a whole big wide world to go see, and friends met over many years to visit. At last count in my mind there are 87 countries to visit and learn thier food. Paul made tents, I cook.

Who is Paul?
You're going on an adventure. I'm honestly don't desire to visit that many countries or even close. Too many things, stateside, on my own list. I'll enjoy reading about your travels.

Paul, the writer of many Epistles, Gris give me an e-mail addy I am not stalking, but I am going to tell you a tale that is going to blow your mind. Heart attacks don't scare me at all, they are just another day on the ball (Earth), they make some say "Oh Crap", but there is something that makes me dance, and there is no reason for me to walk in truth.

You will not just run, you will fly on wings like eagles. I have two passions, both were borne a few decades ago for different reasons, and I have been made happy by both of them. The food is the one that is hard-wired in to me, the smiles that it provides are a joy. Try cooking food for people from half away around the world, and imagine getting an Amen from them

No, I only had one Lortab after the second invasion of my right femoral artery in a week. Mon frere you will never understand the CIT. Now it is time to go snooze
