Marilynn's place in Shreveport. Brunch is legit.
Then dinner at 2 Johns in Bossier City. (Get the au gratin potatoes as a side)
Ps. The Ragin Cajun at po boy express on line ave is awesome but don't expect "Cajun flavor". It's more like a hooked up Philly Cheesesteak poboy.... it confused my tastebuds the first time I had one. I was expecting something totally different.

No joke man. I cant believe someone has not opened a simple traditional BBQ joint in a decent area of Shreveport, it would be a huge hit.
As these chains are crushing each other, now would be the time to stand out.
I think Bodacious BBQ in south Bossier is supposed to be good but I havent had it since high school so I dont remember.
