yep 100% true...lets see if it's a legit good food place or just a place for kids to eat nachos and drink $1.00 sangria lol lol...i'll check in with my friend and see how the menu he's "developing" is coming along...

Sangria is shooting to open the end of the first week of December. If not the first week then the second week of December for sure.
