The cauliflower is indeed worth it and it's just fine as a leftover. I just take it with me and put it in the fridge at the hotel or at friends' homes if I'm staying with friends and bring it home. Delicious.

BO, I poach the cauliflower as well and then roast like you. It's worked great. I didn't put it directly on the pizza baking steel, but I used the oven I keep the steel in to bring the heat up.

im not saying reginellis is fantastic by any means. just made a choice about where i want to spend my money. im sure there are others in the area that are better but it was close by.

didnt have any intention on hijacking this thread....we can get back on topic......expensive cauliflower.

How would you know if you haven't eaten it? I have multiple times and I find it to be worth every penny. I don't think it's expensive for what it is.

I really want to know your story on Besh because this isn't the first time you've mentioned it, I don't believe. Its annoying when someone makes allegations or insinuations like this about a chef or place and won't explain or support them.

i didnt say it was expensive and i have not eaten it. other people on this thread said it was expensive, and it seemed to be the issue before i unintentionally hijacked the thread.
