If you're looking for romantic Nove and Alize are both good. They're both at the Palms.

Nove has a more romantic setting, its darker inside and its like your traditional nice Italian restaurant. Alize is nicer than Nove, but not as romantic, it's on the top floor of one of the Palms towers and has an awesome view, make sure you get a table by a window. Their escargot, sweetbreads, and foie gras are excellent. Both have a pretty good wine list too.

Hugo's Cellar in the 4 Queens. Your GF will be given a rose once yor arrive. There's a salad guy, a sorbet, and chocolate covered Strawberries all with your meal. I took my wife last year. You can also get 40% off with one of those kiosk ticket counters.

I would say go for Piero for your third spot but since you already have an Italian joint go for a steak at Cut or Prime

Nobody's mentioned the buffet at Circus Circus?

The seven pans of fruit fluff alone are worth the price of admission.

Where are you staying?

The N9NE Steakhouse in the Palms is nice. Was there this past weekend.

NOTE: Def. a handful of guys/wives there that look like they belonged on the Sopranos.

I agree with this, it is Bobby Flay's place.

Aureole in Mandalay was pretty good. It's got those fancy wine angels too.

I just checked out this website. I'm definitely writing this down. We're booking our hotel tonight ( ), so I got lost in restaurant la-la land and this one is a MUST.

I have to pick a place for us to "officially" celebrate my birthday and this might be the one.
