Bayou Hot Wings for the win. Bayou Hotboy is GOAT.

They are designed for take out and if you order by phone ahead of time usually no wait.

Bayou Hot Wings have too much breading. Do they do wings without it? I might try again if they do, but my first and only experience wasn't a good one.

So where did you go ?

For a real adventure you could try Hot Boy Ronald's food truck in the East.

It was a combination of laziness and creativity. And the fact that I had spent too much time drinking and shooting the shite with four Dutch dudes who showed up at the RDV.

I ended up picking up two batches. One freshly made at the butcher case at Fresh Market . And then picked some at the bar at, of all places, Amici. Then straight to the house. They turned out to be pretty decent, actually.

Their wings also appear to have gotten smaller since I first started going there 3 years ago.
