True, BUT what if you could combine the freshness AND the next day flavor melding by constructing the lasagna the day before and refrigerating in thus letting the flavors meld and then bake it fresh.

biglego = mindblown

I agree, pizza in the micro is terrible.

I use the oven to heat up most everything I can, or in a skillet.

I don't get why he would need to freeze this thing for a week, was that ever explained?

It takes all of a couple minutes to assemble a lasagna.

Clearly, a large federal grant is needed to fund a study of this titillating issue. I won't be able to rest until this is resolved.

Do yall not make large amounts of food and freeze for later? Lunches at the office, late night snacks, etc? I can nuke a serving of lasagna at work for 1 minute, and not have any mess to clean up. No way I'm reassembling lasagna at the office. (And baking it.)

We're not talking individual meals. We're talking a full baking dish of lasagna for a group of people.

I make large amounts of food and freeze all the time. I don't bring my lunch, though. I don't eat lasagna for lunch. Too heavy. I eat lighter during the day usually. If I did, I'd cook it in the oven or not at all. No nuked lasagna.
