Should I bake it first and then freeze it or just freeze and then bake it when I'm ready to eat it? Thanks.

I bake 1st then reheat, BUT, I use vacuum bags so I can reheat in boiling water. I slide the lasagna into a baking dish then glaze it under the broiler. You cannot tell it had ever been frozen, it might even be better.
When I used to freeze it uncooked I would thaw then bake. You are limited on how long you can keep it frozen before it gets freezer burn.
I prefer the results I get baking it 1st. Quicker to reheat and you can store as long as you want. Everyone should have a vacuum for food storage. They pay for themselves quickly.

ditto!
Ribs boiled in the bags are always extra good, it is like the bbq sauce has been vacumed into the meat.
