There is a little place called Max & Irma's right across the parking lot that is much better. There is also a Five Guys in that shopping center.
And, for the record, there are lots of good restaurants in PA, QS&L is not one of them.

Not really a Nascar but more of a motorhead type. Last time I was there they had motorcycles and even a corvetter hanging from the ceiling. I think the corvette was on a 4 post lift.
