Myfitnesspal +1. I use it to track exercise also.

Good day today, excluding breakfast.. had some hangover curing food But back to it. Hit the gym for an extra day to day to try to offset some of the bad food I ate this morning and last night.

I'm far from an expert, but IMO 1200 calories is to few calories for a grown man. I know you've had crazy loss success in the past, but I'm just giving my opinion.

My BMR (basal metabolic rate) is 1750 calories. Thats the amount of calories I need to consume per day, based on my height, weight and age, for my body to maintain a steady weight. In order to lose 1 lb a week, you need to create a deficit of 3500 calories, so thats 500 calories a day that I need to not consume or burn off with exercise. I know it sounds low, but when you get used to doing it, its not too bad.

I try to max at 1700 or 1800 a day. My BMR is about 2200 a day right now... That is a big change compared to the 3500 it was when I was 363 lbs. I used to be able to get away with cheating and still lose. Not anymore

Looks like you are going to get to 190 before me. Work is making me go crazy with all the changes going on. My diet suffered.

I just spent 3 hours next to a large king cake and a giant tray of roast beef, ham and cheese and turkey poboys.

on top of that, the free lunch was BBQ ribs, beans & mac n cheese.

I want king cake. That word should be banned, every time I read it I get closer and closer to going buy one and eat the whole thing in one sitting.

Up again. The stupid frakking pattern continues. Lowest weight on Monday, then phantom gains the rest of the week. At least I'm only up .3 as opposed to 1 last week.

The office scale should still show about a 2.4 loss for the week.
