Myth hang in there, sounds like it may take a little while to get adjusted to that med. Just be glad your riding and burning some cals keeping your weight in check. Or you may also try the scotch > 3 diet. Sounds damn tasty...

I'm gonna jump in here. I gotta shed the last few stubborn lbs.
Just give height and weight and check in regularly with progress?
6'2", 231. I had been in 220's, but Fatsgiving screwed it up.
Yesterday I had some yogurt, a V8, almonds, pecans, a tuna sandwhich for lunch, and grilled trout with sweet potato and green beans for dinner.
Don't know the carb count or calories/sodium.
Two glasses of red wine.
Just give height and weight and check in regularly with progress?

I don't see how any of you can drink and diet. Once I drink, I continue to drink and then I don't make good diet choices.

Problem is, the real Christmas Onslaught starts this week. I've got one Xmas Lunch, Xmas Office Party, regular free lunch Wednesday, Donut Day.
I might weigh 600 by Sunday.
It is very difficult to continue kicking my arse and seeing that stupid scale move up even though I know it is the meds and exercise. Still makes me angry...and you wouldn't like me when I am angry Mr. McGee.

Do people on here post their daily diets? I am far from an expert, but I know I could offer some solid advice.
