I got 405 while I was at Jakabol.

I'm not throwing quarters on top of 405 for a while though.

I also need a belt. Got 405 without it.

I tingled on the inside a good bit after.

Most I ever got on DL was 315, best squat was 335.

I've been lifting with Gino a few times a week.

We spar after, then I hit the driving range. Usual IF until after a bucket of balls.

Then I have my spinach smoothie.

First time getting 8 hours of sleep in a long time. I feel great. Just going to have to lift in the afternoon which sucks.

Nice! I can't remember the last time I got 8 hours. I can't sleep anymore. Sucks!!

I've been getting up & going to the gym before work this week. I've never in my life been a morning person, but it's (tentatively) working really well. I feel great. Trying to get in slightly better shape before starting tennis lessons next month.

Yeah lately I've been going to bed around 10:45 and waking up at 4:50 to go lift.

Tennis is a great sport for getting cardio in. I just started playing recently and it is really fun. I wish I could play it every single day. I am holding off on lessons for a bit though until I think I've reached my potential without them.

That's awesome! Mine are group lessons with friends, so it's probably not much different than playing on my own with someone who knows how to play. I'm not particularly coordinated, so it'll be interesting :)

I do not function well at all on less than ~7 hours of sleep. I get up at 4:30am to go to the gym, so that means I go to bed at about 8:30-9pm

straight leg or Romanian deads? I never do straight but I do sets Romanian with 135 and 225 as a warm-up before deads.

Joined the 1.0 thread of this a while ago, then periodically posted. I went onto the Abel James Wild Man Diet about 25 days ago (3 weeks from Monday) and am happy to report my results thus far:

206.5/192.5/180

Dropped 14 lbs and that included my birthday where I obviously ate cake and had a couple beers, a night out with my cousin with more cake and tequila shots, and overall 9 days of traveling. I also had my first cup of coffee ever (although it has grass fed butter in it), and have done the feast and fast method to great success 2-3 times a week
