I'm not sure if you saw the whole exchange, but lsu777 and I were talking about glucose monitors and having insurance pay for one. I was diagnosed with pre-diabetes years back and want to see if it will work.

234/224.1/210

Since my last post I have put in the following miles:
4/21 - 4
4/23 - 6
4/24 - 5

Last week went well until the weekend when we went out of town and every single meal had was at a restaurant... so that did not work out well and I gained some weight back. The other bad news is I hit up a specs and came home with ~ 2 cases of various IPA's. The good news is the water (beer) weight came off quick and a little lower than before we left. The low carb diet works wonders but the rule may have to bend a little once I get back to weekend runs lasting over two hours. Hope to check in a little more often moving forward.

Sort of neither. We've got a guy we buy them from here. He sells crawfish as well.

My folks have a place in the Rigolets where I've got a dozen traps in the water off of their dock. I'll probably start running those in May. That's actually the first time I've bought crabs in years. But, they were $12 for 18. So it was hard to pass them up. I used the water I did the crawfish with. Had Chackbay in them. I'll have to just stick with this recipe for the rest of the year when we do crabs. Not sure I've boiled crabs that had a better flavor.

I lived there until Katrina and I used to vacation there, so I moved there in 2003. It destroyed my home and I never moved back. My parents retired there a few years ago. I used to work at Stanislaus.

Holy dog shite

LMAO
ok, welp.....let's see

Dr. Ryan was the principal when I left. Bro. Joseph was still in the Junior/Senior dorm, and been dean of discipline for a couple of years by then.

I miss S.S.C. I loved it there. Were you a prefect?

No I worked in the athletic department with Ladner

We had
Ladner as AD and HBC
KT was the JV Coach
Dupuy was the 6th/7th grade coach
Logan was Baseball
Wittmann was Football

The Admin was the 2 Bro Ronald's, Mr Verlander, McRaney was just a teacher

Bro Eduardo and Bro Francis were the guys who I usually talked to the most. Bro Francis was the best guy ever, IMO.

Hofner was prefect then I think also.

One of my first roommate's in 6th grade.

What a fricktard. That dude hasn't changed a bit.
He was at a reunion a while back and was basically the same person he was in junior high.

KT and I used to cause drama. I do not know how Ladner kept him out of so much trouble. We would cause it.

When Farve would come to town (he, Ladner, and Wittmann are all related) it was oh lordy.

KT was on one of Ladner's first badass teams that won district when we were there. They go way back.

Mr Fred used to tell me all kinds of stories when I would go to his store.

Mr Fred and his wife made the best damn crab salad ever.

So the store now has Halo Top in chocolate and vanilla bean...

Is it worth it? No really, is it worth the temptations?

It is. If you get it, be sure to let it sit on the counter for 20-30 mins to thaw a little. It's so much creamier that way. The carton suggests this.

I haven't tried vanilla or chocolate, but I'm sure they're good.

A spoon is for civilized folks and if I'm a baboon apparently, how do I use a spoon?
